Nothing magical about it.

They lost the cancers and Coughlin's old school approach won out. Coughlin gained control of team. Tiki and Shockey kept things unstable.

Dont forget... when you play together and are good... luck follows good teams. The Giants had all those things working.

Major props to Gilbride and Spagnuolo. Alot of good working parts to the BIG BLUE MACHINE.

Ugh, hate to admit it, but they just look damn good and are on their way to back to back Super Bowls (no guarantee but they are definately in the conversation). Always thought last year they reminded me of the 92 Cowboys who won it all a year earlier than expected. Barring injury and if this team continues to believe in the system and coaching and play as a team, they'll be in the running for several years.

Stark contrast to our over rated Cowboys....disgusting!!!

Joe Flacco is a good decent rookie qb.

IDK about decent it seems anyone can do well when it's dink and dunk. Atleast 50% of the QB's are doing that.

like 1600 yards..7 td's 8 ints 6.8 ypa. a dominating defense can hardly keep a qb like that afloat.

I hate to say it, but the giants now are reminding me of the cowboys in the 90's with their good offensive line and bad defense. I am not saying the giants are that good, but they are close.

Our 90's cowboys could whip the giants, especially with jimmy johnson coaching.

But he has not done that the entire year. He has a good deep ball and moves the team down the field. He's struggling in this game, but that is due to the Giants playing well.

It does seem like once they played New England tough in the season finale last year...they became a completely different team. It really does. Just that one game seems to have changed them as an organization and allowed the 3 road wins to get to the SB then the "shock the world" upset of the Patriots which everyone at the time thought was a fluke...but now it sure doesn't look like it.

One thing is for sure...the game between the Cowboys and Commanders is even larger IMO now because I've officially lost all hope of winning the division as a Skins fan. The Giants might lose 1-2 more games this year outside of this one. That's it.

Thats partially true IMO. I actually think that the win over the Cowboys in playoffs was bigger. Jumping out of my Cowboys-bias skin and looking at it as fan of "football"... it certainly looks like the Giants beating the Cowboys has done ALOT for their organization. Its the "tuck game" for them.(the tuck game catapulted the Pats to the RUN).

Beating the Pats was secondary in some ways. Even Strahan said Cowboys were the best team they beat(a dig and a something I believe he believed to be true)

Agreed. It is possible. I would STILL like to see if the Cowboys can put it together and put that BUMP in the potential Giants "dynasty" run. Sneak a SB win in THIS YEAR for the Cowboys.

eli throws his second pick. i tell you what. eli is the ONLY thing holding back this team from being extremely dominant. i'm talking 90's cowboys dominant. it's astonishing what that team has accomplished with him at qb.

They may not be that good but they are easily the best team in the league right now whether we like it or not.

I don't remember where his players was throwing him under the bus? That seems out of character of that team to do so and not to mention that they are 6-3 and could easily be 7-2. You also have to say that some of them like Troy Smith who would have been the starter if not for the injury.

I don't think they're that good. They have a strong running game and that's about it. Not impressed. I can with out a doubt say that we can beat them with a healthy Romo 9 times out of 10.

Terrell suggs said that they didn't have the best QB starting.

The vaunted Rex Ryan defense doesn't look much better than the Cowboys' D, does it? And that's without Brad Johnson's patented 38-second 3-and-outs.

So what? That vaunted Rex Ryan defense has been performing consistently thorughout the year. Our defense hasn't. If wade had a bad game defensively here and there, it would be different. Further, at least Rex doesn't go down crying like a wuss. He still attacks...

BTW, Have you noticed that when Rex Ryan brings the blitz, it flusters Eli... Eli doesn't handle the blitz well...

Don't even bother these guys will always find ways to justify our defense.
