Nah that doesn't qualify as the Eli Prayer. To be an Eli Prayer it must meet some conditions:

1. Eli is usually under duress or in a situation where he's throwing off his back foot.
2. The pass must be lobbed way in to the air where it looks like there is no way a defender will not pick it off.
