such a silly rule. It was a catch when Dez did it, that was a catch too.

Yeah, that was so clearly a catch by the actual football eye test.
Cant say I care who wins, but clean catch , two full steps in bounds with complete control. Then after he goes out of bounds, the ball comes out when he hits the ground...way after the play was completed.

Dude had control of the ball, both feet in the endzone, took a couple of steps and didn't lose control until after he fell out of bounds and hit the ground

I agree didn't go to the ground in the process of the catch. It was well after.

If you go to the ground, even out of bounds, you have to maintain possession throughout the catch.

Not saying i agree, just saying that's the rule.
