yes they are saying that phillips has bone to bone with his knee injury on nfl network and that philllips maybe done for rest of his career

yes his knee problem is bone to bone, cant get any blood in there, or growth, so could be career threatening if doesnt get better so giants are looking for a safety

It makes sense for east teams to be countering with moves like this.
