After watching the Seahawks play, we won't even need the homefield advantage. I don't know how we could have lost to them the first time.
The giants beat them three times tonight and their kicker would mess up and then they would march down the field again and he would mess up again. The giants looked good and Eli looked good. In fact, Eli is better than I thought he was.
Hasselback looked terrible. He made one good play on their last drive and that was the only play he made in the 4th quarter that I saw. I didn't get to see the game until the middle of the second quarter and then I had to leave in the third quarter but a hail storm turned me back home and I saw the last of the game.
I fear the Giants more than the Seahawks. We will have our hands full next Sunday. It will require one of Parcell's greatest coaching jobs I think to beat the Giants in NY. Especially as well as they were playing in Seattle.
When I was watching, the Giants dominated Seattle. They really played smash mouth football and the Seahawks seemed confused most of the time.
If we win next Sunday then I will feel pretty good about the rest of the season. Washington has reverted to their old self. Carolina is scary but they don't seem to have it all together although they will be tough.
Next Sunday is the most critical game in my opinion we have on our schedule for the rest of the season.
