I wasan't able to take notes fast enough to do a true transcript, but here's how I heard it:
1) Gibbs blames official for steering him wrong, while thinking to himself (I can't say THAT)
2) Gibbs admits he can't blame the official and falls on his sword
3) Gibbs, upon questioning, admits he tried using the "but HE told me I could call it" argument with the Referee to no avail.
4) Gibbs again falls on his sword, saying he should have known the rule.
5) While pausing to listen to a reporter's question (that I couldn't hear), Gibb's thinks to himself "I'm a head coach and I just admitted twice that I didn't know the rules. Whoops."
6) Gibbs' back-up alarm starts beeping and he blurts out the bit about knowing the rule, but forgetting it in the heat of the moment.
7) Gibbs fields another question while hearing the sound of a toilet flushing in his imagination.
