It's been years since I read it. Funny story, so I got my first knee injury when I was a Soph in HS. So I went from always practicing and playing some kind of sport to doing nothing but wearing a knee brace. I picked up that book and read it. I didn't think I would like it, at all, but it was actually pretty good and I agree, books are almost always better.
