Give Dalton a chance

dallas wasnt going going to be a contender this year regardless of who's at qb. We will see what happens in like 4-5 weeks. The offense was a huge flop. This isn't an instant flip transition dallas is making. People need to relax.

If we get 2 more games like this in the next 3 games Dalton needs to be starting.

Yes having an even less mobile QB when the game is getting wrecked by the pass rush is clearly a better solution to this problem.

At the end of the day the team has no TE and is built around WRs which means that the only way to succeed is to hold the ball and give them time to run routes, but when the offensive line is beat up, and you are going against AD, that is not going to work out.

No TE? But I thought getting rid of Witten would open it up for the great TEs he was holding back?

If he's not starting by week 3-4. Season over. Dak is not it.

Risen was the first to say it, and guys like Pappy, Willie and Capt have been consistent in saying we need to rid ourselves of him.

For now Dalton is the answer

Even if Dak leads the Cowboys to 3-1 after 4 weeks? Seems a bit radical.

Yes we may be stuck with Dalton, but putting him out there as a receiver is not the answer. His catch completion percentage is the pits. With the exception of the one catch the rest went through his hands or he wasn't position to catch the ball. No speed, untrustworthy hands, and an average blocker.

Wrong Dalton.:lmao:

Dak didn't look bad to me. Coop dropped a big third down pass. Dalton had a big drop on the controversial drive. Gallup was robbed on the most critical drive. All three of those passes were on the money and would have contributed to a win. I saw a lot of issues out there, but QB wasn't one of them.
