I'm fine with Big Mac. Outside that weird Covid season, he's had solid winning seasons. He won some games with a backup QB (when was the last time you saw that? lol) and is doing so with Dak Prescott and Jerry Jones. I think he gets the benefit of doubt in a few departments. I think he is worthy of seeing what he can do for 1-2 more seasons. If not, I'd say Dan Quinn is waiting in the shadows.

The "hands off offense"...was a bit baffling to me, but he gets to pick his own OC now (I assume?)...so a total do-over is fine with me.

I'm ok with Big Mike getting one more year because I think a handshake deal is in place that the job is Quinn's in 2024 if the Cowboys regress or fail to improve.

I think time has shown us that much of what Rodgers says is either hyperbolic, a lie or from a view of someone who a very inflated opinion of himself. Not saying he’s 100% wrong on mm but I don’t put 100% stock into it either.
