You get it to the guy who has been most successful in the past making situations such as those turn into something positive. That guy is hands-down, TO.
Bledsoe lost his starting job because he had problems understanding that too, so don't feel bad people.
The 2nd guy I say is, easily Witten.
It's the big guys you want to aim for, the ones that know how to use their body to make the catch. TO & Witten are our two big bodies running routes. Not only are they able to use their bodies to make the tough catches in traffic, but they also have the ability to turn it up field and literally bulldoze over smaller defenders, adding more yards. Crayton and Glenn do have the hands, but with them I see 2 receivers who are in more need of being hit in stride to make anything happen after the catch. Crayton just doesn't have the speed or the power, and Glenn's first direction is downward it seems- like he found an invisible staircase in the middle of the field almost. I swear, sometimes it's like he gets hit and you can't even see below his knees anymore he's just so low to the ground. Hit him in stride though, and Glenn can do some nifty zig-zagging below sea-level.
To top it all off, big bodies are vastly easier for a QB to hit in a crucial situation. No need to be aiming for the tire hanging from the side of the barn when you can just sling it at the barn itself.
