Food is awful at Dennys. Only the pancakes and a couple other things are even edible.

There is a brand new Denny's just down the road from me and it is very very good.

I can't say I eat anything else besides breakfast at Denny's and places like it(IHOP), I did go to one in Kentucky this past weekend, and it was pretty good.

Whenever I see the name Denny's it always reminds me of a comedian I saw one time who was talking about taking a friend of his to Denny's for the very first time.

He asked him what he thought and the guy said, "I wasn't impressed with their cuisine."

Cuisine? It's Denny's. That's like gong to a hooker and afterwards saying, "I didn't feel loved."

Always thought that was a hilarious line.

That is my treat to myself every so often, .. I get up on Saturday or any day off, .. stand up and stretch, .. and tell my wife, .. "I'm going to Biscuit World for a 'Mary B', with a slice of tomato added of course" !!

Ah, I enjoy the little things.

When I do stop there on the way to work I get a Mary B with tomato and mayo as well.

To be fair, while it's definitely bad, this is not at all what you said earlier. It says that Americans have 33% of excess body weight. So, for example, if someone is supposed to weigh 160 lbs and there are two people on Earth, the American weighs 165 lbs while the other person weighs 160 lbs, the Americans would have 100% of excess body weight, but only 50.8% of total body weight.

6% of the population making up 33% of the total body weight would be absolutely horrendous.

I haven't been to Denny's in a long time. I used to love going there late at night, eating and then drinking limitless coffee while doing school work until the wee hours the night/morning.

They have a place popular in Pittsburgh called Primanti Brothers in the strip district. They are "famous" for sandwiches with french fries and cole slaw also included with the sandwich. It is disgusting. I don't know why anyone would eat a sandwich that way.

Can't figure out why anyone would eat pancakes wrapped around sausage either. I love pancakes and like sausage but not the flavors at the same identical time.
