Godzilla-King of the Monsters

Huge Godzilla fan.

And someone who growing up watching all the "Godzilla for kids" movies in the late 60's & early 70's– and the low point of the series, if you would have told me there would be an American version as grand as what the first one was a couple years ago and how this one appears– I would have said you were nuts.

Especially after the crap Godzilla movie we were given in 1998.

How sweet. We will survive. I mean, we have to. Tywin Lannister will save us.

I didn't realize he had different "atomic breaths"

Yes... I shall watch.
Yep, wouldn't miss it. I even have a yellow back pack I've been saving for this occasion, going to don that, run around the back yard, looking over my shoulder yelling "Godzera, Godzera"!!! and have some sushi later.

The only complaint I have is why in the hell do they have to have all those people in it except as nutrients? However, it's good to see the girl from "Stranger Things" land a film role.

Marvel should get Ant-Man do a crossover, have him go full size and go against Godzilla and/or Kong. That'd be a trip.

A full grown adult man has no chance against a full size adult gorilla. Giant-Man would fair no better against Kong.

Gotta say whomever conceived the monster King Gidorah back in the early 1960's had some kind of imagination...

The director of this film is a huge Godzilla fan. The fins on back of this version of Godzilla match those of the original from 1954.
