Godzilla vs kong

I watched this at home with a large bowl of homemade yellow kernel popcorn. I enjoyed the Kaiju parts.

Been wanting to see it. Finally watched it and was disappointed.
Thought King of monsters, was better.

I know it is just a monster movie but I think many on here could have came up with a better script.

Probably would have been better if the people were just basically extras in the back ground.

No speaking parts... Go different and school kind of like Quest for Fire.

That would be cool. Just Godzilla and Kong noises, and music

It is amazing that given the obvious investments with effects and such that they couldn’t hire a decent writer to come up with a passable story.

i just want to know how come they can swim around in the oceans and come up from under all this huge ships, but still stand in the water like it's shallow to fight.

that said, i've never liked many kong or godzilla movies. but this one was entertaining. the side stories just made more sense to me. not the walking on water stuff.

While I have the option to see it on HBO Max, giant monster movies exist to be seen on the big screen. And I’ve missed going to the theaters so I might spend the money to go out and see this one.
Alamo'd it.
Haven't read the thread.
I think you know what I'm going to say.

I will say the outcome fit.
For now...

They would have done much better doing the follow up to King of Monsters than Skull Island. One of those WWE wild tag team battle royals would have been great fun with some new monsters.

Why mention there are so many monsters and not show them? Idiots, it's a monster movie. We needed the kid because what's a monster movie without a kid? But the adults? Nope, not one of them. They didn't even attempt to act, they were unnecessary. And I like Kyle Chandler but he was terrible.

I feel like these modern day versions of Godzilla they depict him as more pissed-off. In the old school Godzilla movies he always seemed to turn the corner and help out the humans in the end.

Or have L'il Zilla blowing smoke rings.
