Oh I'm sure they will, and rightly so. But this guy had a roster spot until his injury last year, in my opinion.

Honestly, I'm hoping they look at someone like Eddie Royal who can not only play the slot, but has started some and is a good return guy as well. I'm in VA, and his play at Tech was exceptional even when he didn't have the best QB play. He also has a connection to Orton from Denver, so there's a potential connection to get him in the building.

Just sayin'...

And that might be too much for the 'Boys to pay. But Royal has earned that payday a heck of a lot more than Robinson has. And I'll be surprised if the Commanders sign another receiver at this point, having already brought in 2. Were those discussions before those two signings or since?

After. they still want him. They thought they had him signed but other teams jumped in. Not sure what the latest is at this point.

I've heard Early Doucet's name mentioned along with several others. Will likely have to wait and see what other moves they make before the third WR gets resolved.

i wouldn't be too concerned about this to start. 6 mill a year can mean very different things depending on bonus/guaranteed money and the like.
