Pretty much sealed his fate last night???? Probably Jason also....I know we still have a chance, and if that chance presents itself next week and we win at Philly and get in, I guess I will be no diffrent than most, all pumped and ready for the playoffs...regardless, we either have poor leadership at the top, or overrated players, heck maybe a combo of both....but the bottom line is that this team is better that what is being shown, I believe a new voiced is needed and last nights debacle on closing night, sealed that decesion....JJ must be furious at the team and coaches, embarrassed on NFL TV no less.....JJ thought this team was SB ready, everyone did, fans and media alike....total failure on coaches and players.....change is coming????

While I will root for the win next week and a playoff run, I still want a new voice, the question begs who though????? Cowher, Holmgren???? Meyer, Stoops, Carroll???? Spagnuolo, Shwartz, LeBeau???? Time of year JJ gets busy..

If Wade refuses to let Bruce and Stewart go then he needs to go and you can't tell me Jerry is not fuming right now. I don't know how you can think Wade is safe.

I have always been and will always be on the bandwagon that at this point, given who might actually be available, that the only guy I really want to see Wade replaced with is Bill Cowher. If Jerry can make that happen I'd be thrilled.

If not then I dont know of any one else I'd rather see here right now, maybe Mike but I'm not sold on that one.

Because Wade was brought here to get this defense playing at a high level.

I realise they gave up 2 big runs at the end but for the most part this defense is playing better than they ever have.

Even under Parcells.

The last thing we need to do is bring in a new scheme on defense and start over.

That and not having a backup Quarterback.

There is a fine line in this league. We could just as easily be the #1 seed going into the playoffs as on the outside looking in as we are now.

A play here and a play there and everything changes.

Losing Romo for that stretch and not having anyone behind him really hurt us long term.

Well at least we can both agree that we want a replacement for Wade. I don't expect to agree with you on who that should be....

Jerry is the problem. Hes a cancer. Hes a media hoe, hes a drama hoe and hes a credit hoe. He caters and babies the star players. He undermines his coaches. His ego is over the top. And they can change coach after coach, player after player and qb after qb.; and it will never change.

I don't think Jerry will fire Wade. He has said as much.

I think this is what will happen:

Wade will stay, but Wade will want to can Garrett and bring in an offensive expert to be OC and fix the offense. Jerry agrees, but says if he brings that guy in then his friend Read must go and Stewart must take a reduced role.

Read leaves. Stewart will take a reduced role in light of how well the defense had responded with Wade calling plays. If he does not take the reduce role, they will allow him to look elsewhere.

Norv will be let go in SD. He will come back to Dallas to work with the offense, that helps Jerry with his comfort level too. Garrett be handed the same fate as Stewart; either take a reduced role or leave. More than likely he will be let go. Paying 3 mill for a guy that's basically one step above a position coach is too much.

I wasn't looking for an agreement just wondering why so many think Cowher will buck the system and be successful when no (except Vermeil) retreaded coaches are? Is he that special? Is his 1 Super Bowl win in 15 years so impressive that he WILL surely win another?

I just don't understand the fascination with him. If he was coach of Dallas and the Cowboys played like his first SB team did, he would still be picking the tar-and-feathers off himself...
