dang... ya beat me to it.

Most any man over the age of 35 knows that what the woman wants is what the woman gets. We are very .. well, lets just say... Convencing in our arguments especially when we hit y'all where you live

By virtue of nagging, yelling and screaming and constantly badgering until you have to leave your own house cause you have no peace of mind left..... for some reason women thrive in this type of environment and can maintain a sour mood for much longer than us men wish to endure. :(

Right on the nose bro! I've been married for 7 + years and this can damn well happen if you LET IT HAPPEN. My wife and I hammered a understanding out and we respect each others opinions even if we don't agree with them.

I've found the nerf football works for me or if the game gets outta hand like last week, just get up and do something else. I don't let myself get too worked up anymore because it takes all the fun out of watching the game itself. My last real blowup was when the Cardinals knocked us out of the playoffs 4-5 seasons ago and my wife thought I was going to have a heart-attack with all the screaming and cursing that was coming out of my mouth. I think I actually scared her a bit so I told myself after that point I would get let myself get so ridiculous..... :D

Man, I am in dire need of anger management when it comes to the Cowboys. I've broken bar stools, small tv speakers (cheap), walls, and a lot of other smaller assorted things. I have a 55" $2000+ HDTV that I refuse to watch my Cowboy games of importance because of fear that I would chuck something into it.

I have watched some Cowboy games on my HDTV, like the 2nd half of the last Washington game. I was still steaming after every play, but never came close to doing anything it my TV... whew! LOL

Most of the people that know me and are my friends know that I am a psycho when it comes to my Cowboys, and I've put people in difficult situations because of it... that is one of my many weaknesses.

I must say though that the worst thing I've done to my HDTV in the 1.5 years that I've had it is throw a basketball jersey and hitting the screen after the Bulls lost 4 in a row (after winning the first 2) against the Washington Wizards in last season's NBA Playoffs. GO BULLS!!!

oh, and GO COWBOYS!!! :)

Buy cheap remotes and smash them against something that does not matter.

I have 10 remotes floating around. 2-3 of the $20 variety that I don't abuse.....

Season is not over dude -

I'm leaving for FL this Saturday, so I won't be around for the reactions after the Carolina game. Wish I could bring a laptop with me.

Let's just hope Santa brings us a good Christmas present with a solid Cowboys win.

I'll be back in time for the Rams game ... let's just hope it's not too late.

8-8 would be disappointing.

It would be too hard to phathom this team being only 2 games better than last year's record. That's hard to digest.

I already told the wife ... by the beginning of the 2006 NFL season, I'm getting a 50" widescreen HDTV and upgrading our DirecTV to the HD package.

Happy holidays.

Well, I busted my foot in the Seahawks game by kicking my dresser (and breaking one of the drawers) after Brown made that 50 yarder to win the game.

My wife and I don't get along on Gameday. Don't know what that is
You pay attention to football, and not to her. Keep it that way. If you buy her flowers on football days, you WILL have to spend time with her.

:laugh1: .Uh-Oh, I am NOT recommending you to replace Ann Landers for touchy-feely relationship articles. Your advice is going to get a lot of guys thrown in the doghouse.

to all my fellow hardcore dallas fans, i will no longer post on here until draft day,
after that shamefull display by DA' Boys on sunday i have declared the season over. after that touchdown right before halftime, i basically got so pissed i threw the remote at my 52 inch high def tv, causing some damage to the screen, as a result i have been punished by the wife from posting on here until draft day. so long

Don't give up felix360.......Cowboy fans have to live through the rough times so when we win the Super Bowl it will be that much sweeter cheering for our boys!

Well what kind of grown man breaks a 52" hi def tv in a fit of rage...he needs somebody to treat him that way.

Obviously he's someone who is that passionate about the Cowboys. I don't care what he did nothing merits being told what to do by your wife, nothing. It's not like he's her child - it's his 52" hi def television to break.

Mrs. lspain: "How come you don't give me flowers?"
Mr. lspain: "This guy on the Internet, named Uh-Oh, told me never to give you flowers."
