I don't think Google+ is going to take off. Reports are that membership has actually started to decline already from the initial highs.

You might be right but probably a summer slump.

Actually it'd be a good time to invest in google.

The thing is, Facebook stomped things like ******* in to the ground because they lacked innovation. Google doesn't have that problem, they also have a lot of linked services to such an account that would make it worth someones while to consider their social community.

I'm using G+ right now because vietnam blocks facebook, so it is very useful.
