I will not complain one iota if the draft fell this way..if you are telling me come pick #18 ALL of the following are still available

Iupati
Pouncey
Thomas
Bryant
Spiller
Odrick
Mccourty

you cannot ask for a better scenario than that..we can go up at a fairly decent price and snatch whomever we choose

Iupati
Pouncey
Mccourty

these three are the only guys I would takeat 27 or at 18

Thomas
Bryant
Spiller
Odrick

Dez Bryant and I wouldnt think twice

I'm leading towards Pouncey, followed closely by Iupati.

But I think Dallas has it reversed as I think Jerry sees the next Larry Allen.

why does every body think the goes is so good

I think he is bad

here s his last year mock

His mock had a score of 43 last year, which is below his average and still finished in the top 10 out of the 99 analysts' mocks scored by The Huddle Report.

See who is ranked No. 1 over the past three years? Gosselin. It's been that way pretty much over every three-year period since THR has been grading mock drafts. And he has had THE No. 1 top 100 every single year.

Goose is good for two things: his top 100 and his mock drafts. His draft grades, on the other hand, are a big pile of garbage.

I don't agree w this UNLESS Thomas is the highest rated player on our board at that time..if he is rated higher than DB then I have no issues..but if we move up, it SHOULD be to take the BPA..aside from a QB obviously

You gotta factor in baggage too.

With Thomas there is no headaches except for opposing Offenses.

call me blind...but Weatherspoon and Earl Thomas should be taken by Dallas before Dez

No way the Pats choose Thomas there they have Merriweather and Chung at the safety spots

nice site Adam - I guess I never really liked the guy when I lived there

so bais on my part

got he is a@@ handed to him last year

He has Bryant being picked by them at 27 yet says they will trade up for him? If you think they will trade up for him then show the trade. It just sounds so stupid to do the way he did it.

He can play corner in a pinch.

They may view him as the best corner prospect available.

Thats what you have to worry about when hoping Earl falls. You gotta watch out for teams with Corner and Safety needs.

here ya go

Let me say I am all in on Bryant. Him and Austin are like bread and butter. I am all for giving Romo all the options he needs. Both Austin and Bryant can get open and exploit little holes in a defense. If these two are in the mix, even Roy will get in the mix because he will have to be left open.

I just don't think WR in the first makes sense on this team. Really don't.

I'm still a believer in Roy, but with a group that's strong already, it doesn't make much sense.

Austin
Williams
Crayton
Bryant
OTree

plus Witten and the RBs

There are only so many footballs to go around.

I'll take Strong and dynamic and worry if you can catch up to us later. Watch some videos of this guy. I really thought half the problem w/ Romo in the Minnesota game was we didn't have a guy that could get open quickly. This guy can.

If the Cowboys have researched Bryant's problems and don't have a problem with it, and apparently according to Stephen he hasn't been taken off their board, you take Bryant and don't think twice about it. You can find safeties anywhere in the draft. Rarely if ever do you have a Top 10 talent land in your lap at 27.

Personally, I don't think he gets past New England at 22. In this scenerio, the Cowboys could use Marty B as trade ammo for Cincy's #21 pick. Maybe even Spears too .... Zimmer coached him here, and they could use a strong side end as Odom is recovering from a ruptured achilles or maybe even slide Spears down to a 3 tech defensive end. Cincy could then take Mays or Nate Allen at 27. Cincy's 3 biggest needs are TE, S and DE ... they could address all three with one pick. Dallas gets to move up 6 spaces to take their superstar WR and still have all their remaining picks to address FS and OT in the 2nd and 3rd rounds. It makes so much sense on paper it could never, never, never happen in the real world.
