I don't absolutely know but I have very informed basis on which I make my statement and I promise you it has nothing to do with any Mock draft or report I have read anywhere.

I'm also VERY confident in saying had the actual NFL draft been held today and Gordon in it, he neither would of been a 1st round pick nor would he have been a high 2nd round pick.

The fact that he was given a 3rd round grade in a supplemental draft by the draft advisory speaks volumes about his actual value.

There you go, that is all I was saying.

If only sdogo dedicated the same amount and time on a different career path...

It's well-established that sdogo is probably the preeminent draft expert on this forum...and that's saying something!

What was you username before you joined in June of 2012. There has to be a reason for you adamant belief that everyone here is fraud. I could hardly care what your opinion of me is. I just wonder why all the negativity.

Never posted on a forum before. I just think it is funny people claim things on the net no one can back up. I had a series of pm back and forths recently with one such poster making claims. Soured me a bit. He wouldn't stop.

Aside from that I'm naturally skeptical and why does that skeptisum bother you?

Again, I'm sure he's just some financial backing/capital investment away from being on the bookshelves with the other draft mags.

Secondly, Cowboyszone is the largest Cowboys forum there is. Take a poll here and sdogo is the runaway winner of credible draft info. He called it that we weren't taking DeCastro when all the pundits were calling it at 14. He didn't mention Claiborne, but that was Top Secret that nobody could've known unless you're last name is Jones.

SDogo can fight his own battles but based on your join date you are unaware of contributions here. Jan through April he is one of the main attractions with his info from contacts around the league pre draft.

Queue the overreaction... This guy has 1st round talent and his good value in the 2nd round, probably won't be a WR in the 2nd round of next year's draft with his talent.

I don't see anybody in this thread who's particularly upset at missing out on Gordon...

An opinion most knowledgeable observers agree with... you talk as if Gordon is some kind of superstar, when in fact he's quite raw, and unfamiliar with an NFL "route tree"... basically, he ran a fly pattern, a hitch pattern and the wide receiver screen and not much else...

It has also been documented that he pretty much disappeared against quality DBs...

Yeah, I feel confident that there will be better prospects available in the 2nd round of the 2013 draft...

And for the record, when SDogo speaks on these subjects, he knows more, has contacts that you and I don't... you don't have to agree with his opinion, but you probably should respect it...

Certainly it is an opinion, you absolutely don't know that he wouldn't be picked in the first round. You certainly don't know with certainty that he wouldn't be the best wr in the second round if he lasted that long. You may have read some first round mocks before he declared for the supplemental draft that didn't have him in the first, and you may have read some reports that led you to form that opinion. In the end it is still an opinion from a poster on a fan forum. Just like the post from the poster you summarily dismissed.

You're proving that you haven't been around very long... if you had, you'd know that SDogo is one of this board's most respected posters... he has worked in the scouting community, and still has solid contacts within that community...

So he's a wee bit more than a poster on a fan forum, he's one with sources that you and I don't have...

I didn't give any value to the guy or make any comment about his abilities. I posted that because I thought the guy similarly dismissed one opinion with his own.

So I have been told being new I don't know the players but I always am skeptical of things someone claims if I don't know the person. Respect is earned but thanks for the heads up.
