DiamondDallas! Listen, we need to have a talk about Austinhoff. The fact is he's the sponsor and he signed a contract guaranteeing him certain guarantees, one of them being a spot on the show...

OK then already, as long as you and I get a kick back all is well !!!

I just felt a little pain in mine heart at those words.
Truthishness always cuts the deepestest.
We speak each other's language...

Thanks for the kind words. I enjoyed the Zilker Park chilli cookoff and Mime Accessories Trade Day sale where we spoke the same language too.

Chili cookoff and mimes...
Now that can be silent, but violent!

you don't mess with the Southside mimes, let me tell you. the northside mimes are laid-back U-T cool and I prefer to run with them but when I get tired of the silence I can follow the meter maids around Austin and talk to them.

I'm putting this here and the other CM thread...

Cowboys coach Jason Garrett said RB Christine Michael is "in the mix" to be active against New Orleans.

Michael reportedly saw more reps than usual in practice on Wednesday. It is an odd time to bump up Michael's usage considering how well Joseph Randle, Darren McFadden and Lance Dunbar played last week, but the Cowboys likely want to get something out of their investment. Michael still likely needs an injury to someone ahead of him to have any fantasy value.

what he saying. If mein lip-reading capables are correct he is saying Maphisto, maphisto/

Which is roughly, yet precisely translated as "Good Times".
From what the Yogis in the Himalayas told me once upon a meditation.

Not the Yogi Bears, mind you.
Those are the truly enlightened. I don't bother talking with those punks.

Too pretentious for my blood...

Depends on the alcohol content for me...
I get that there's a fermentation period, but what exactly are we talking about here?

About yogis, the wise mans in the himylayas and what they eat. If they ate beef they would be wiser and drive -500s. Maybe we could hep.

If Whitehead is active, I'd want to see him in the slot when we go empty, or give him some crossing routes to run.

I get the feeling that they just want to get Lucky a few snaps per game in order for him to get acclimated to the NFL and to not be a nervous rookie when they do need him.

It's a good approach. I know his run blocking needs alot of work, but he's putting a hat on someone and is engaging himself into some contact. That should help calm him in time.

Maybe. But everyone around here was using that EXCUSE as to why it was going to work.

They openly wanted better backs then what they had. The opportunity just didnt present itself with spending for more then a player was worth or reaching in the draft. We showed interest in Spiller, Bush, Ridley, and Ingram in FA but those either priced themselves out of had to many health issues. We also targeted most of the top backs in the draft but the draft didnt fall in a way where we wouldnt be reaching for back. Even after the draft Stephan Jones said they would be looking at possiblities at HB

How we are reduced to hoping on rejects from the NFL. Al off them midgets.
But by not paying Murray, gee Jerra, look at the money you saved by bringing in journeymen this year when last year we had a stallion. Shame! J'Accuse!

Your nine million dollar stallion is the 3rd back in a 1-2 Philly team behind Sproles and Mathews in yards....He didn't even play last week.

Sorry but I disagree. There were several good backs in the draft up till round 7. We could have drafted Rawls in the later rounds rather than wait for him in free agency. He probably would have been a Cowboy by now if we just pulled the trigger on him. If Rawls was drafted by the Boys and there were indications we were very interested in him, he would have given all RBs a run for their money. There is a reason why Seattle kept him and not Michaels and weren't afraid to let Cmike go so easily.

We showed no interest in Spiller, Bush, Ridley and Ingram. It was nothing more than heresay. Just like we weren't really interested in Adrian Peterson to begin with.

There was talk of getting CJ here in Dallas. This one I have to really shake my head. All I can say once again FO totally messed it up with Chris Johnson.

Not only he would have been a perfect replacement for Murray. He would have been our top runner and one that can take it to the distance on every run. As of now, Arizona is quite please with Chris Johnson while we are here lamenting over the possibility of not having a RB that can break tackles. I just have to SMH.
