You bring a specialist and that's one less roster spot, so who are you keeping at home to get an extra 5-10 yards on kickoffs?

Cuts are months away, so more will be known at that point. This is a concern though, and hopefully we try some guys out to fill the role. If someone does, it is at least worth a look as an addition to our roster.

I would love to bring in Brandon Coutu for camp. He has an amazing leg. I wouldnt spend a pick on him, but bring him in for competition purposes to push Nick. (not that I want nick gone, he did awesome for a rookie.)

he's so good, even when he's 5th, he's still the 3rd best.

Drafting another Kicker when you have a Pro Bowl Kicker going into his second season could probably be interpreted by many as wasting a draft pick.

I'm talking active roster. No matter who we cut, bringing two kickers takes one spot away from another position.

And I'm saying that right now we don't know our full active roster, so it would be hard to know who we would have to sacrifice....just saying it is something we should at least look at in the next few months.

You're absolutely right. It is nothing to be ashamed of. You only have so many spots in the first round. Not everyone is going to get there.
