I am disappointed they didn't show all the NFL teams, but loved it and laughed at the referee (a very rare occurrence).

It is symbolic substitution. A marching band and the New Orleans Saints go hand-in-hand. There is a lot of bad blood between the two franchises. It is a lot 'safer' having a Ram take out a band member than a player since the latter no-call victim would NOT go over as well on social media.

The falcons didn't need to go "safe". The falcons also had the S fall off the saints name, calling them the aints. It was a complete troll job. wouldnt have mattered if there was a player out there or not. and yeah i understand the connection to the marching bands in nawlins... been there several times, once for a super bowl to boot
