I remember when I was a kid in elementary school, people would talk about Hershal doing thousands of sit ups a day. Just googled and he still does 1,500 push-ups and 3,000 sit ups a day. Amazing.

I didn't recall that until you mentioned it. He did sort of have a Bo Jackson legendary athlete thing to him back in the day.
