I highly doubt his teammates are giving him sideeyes. they're probably cracking a lot of jokes about it as I would.

They players should have stuffed his locker full of underwear and Guilty Black cologne before he got in.......

I'm sure they will do stuff like that forever...I want to go buy a bottle and have him autograph it... :)

Had to be, .. we all know he can afford anything at the mall that he wants.

Nothing like getting something for nothing though.

I did some stuff like this when I was his age, or younger, .. just never got caught.
Stolen beer taste better...

It puzzles me why he would shoplift, but I never thought it was worth releasing him and I think it is way too much of an overreaction to want to cut him because he shoplifted.

At the most it concerns me. Criminals have the attitude of why buy something when you can steal it instead? So, I wonder about his background or his line of thinking. But, if we were to cut him the punishment would not fit the crime. Instead, the team should fine him for behavior unbecoming of the organization and get him some counseling.

This. He has the maturity to understand what is needed of his profession and did it in the off season via strength/conditioning/coaching, etc. I wrote him off as a RB with FB quickness (was wrong). Maybe it was simply for the rush? Many common folks do this for no apparent reason and that seems to be the underlying factor "Just wanted to see if I could get away with it...the simple thrill of walking out of the store, etc." Kleptomaniacs seem to do it just about anywhere/everywhere but this is a tad different.

I've heard people speculate he's maybe a klepto.....maybe he's not financial stable and spending all of his money. The fact he stole a "tester" bottle......I just think he made a mistake. Usually klepto's have a rep for being one. To my knowledge he doesn't have any history of jail.

Stealing is encouraged in baseball. I think it should be allowed in Football too

The guy being interviewed is more the guy that I thought he was and expect he will be going forward.
Really...I think I mentioned earlier...Randle is one of the guys I least would have expected to pull a knucklehead move.
I think he's normally way above that.
Definitely pulling for him and have real confidence he'll be just fine.

Randle is putting great humility on display and that's to be expected after such a foolish act. I don't think there's any doubt that he's been displaying more talent than most of us believed he had this year. Moving forward, it's probably likely he'll buckle down to "make up for letting the team down," just as he promises. I surely hope so.

I think Gucci Guilty Black SHOULD pay Randle's fine for him. They have gotten more pub on this than they could ever imagine. Heck, they otta hire Randle for an ad campaign.

"I love me some Gucci Guilty Black so much, I couldn't wait--------I plead guilty as charged".
