----Yep, this is the first time we've stepped into the realm of going ALL-IN. A DT and go to war....even having Zeke's $10m gives us the opportunity for in-season upgrades depending upon injuries.

I am sorry, but this had been far from "going all in".....a nice start maybe. Nothing more than we see several teams do EVERY YEAR.

I’d like to see 1 more splash signing and then on to the draft we go.

A-

Great roster building and contract management this offseason. So much to like.

This is what would have made it an A+

-Not restructuring Gallup's Contract so that we could get out from the contract after 2023 if needed.
-Not tagging Pollard. Over $10M cap hit for a running back. If we hadn't tagged him, we likely would have been able to get him back on a contract similiar to Miles Sanders, and we would be in much better shape. Free agency was not friendly to RBs at all.
-Signing Schultz for what would have been a $7M cap hit.

Things we still have time to do:
- EXTEND OUR PLAYERS EARLY! We are drafting good players that we know fit our scheme. Please take notice of what the strong FOs are doing and extend your players early. I would love to get CD, Diggs, Steele, and Hooker all done this offseason.
- Address both 1T and 3T positions. We currently have a need for two nose tackles and a starting caliber 3 Tech to complete our defense.

I like what they have done this offseason so far. They kept some key players and didn't get fleeced by anyone in trades. If Gilmore and Cooks still have some gas in the tank they will make the team better. But all will be for naught if they do not get a run stopping DT signed.

I will withhold judgment until after the draft.
That’s the majority of the off season
So far I’d say a solid A
A good draft and they could really improve the talent we have
We will know how it all works out in a couple years
A prime example is Tolbert
A small school guy who struggled learning route concepts. But he could be a very solid player if he’s got that worked out and make last years draft look even better. It takes time to know if deals and picks work

B with A potential.

LG questions
1T questions
Backup QB questions even if they did sign Rush.
LB upgrade questions

Nice what they have done so far, and maybe they have the answers they want, but for me there are still a few questions.
