B+ It is crazy how the Cowboys offense became the best in the league once Dak came back.:omg:
1/2 of the O should be directly attributed to the D.It’s not like the O has been driving up and down the field.A good deal of their points is because of the D.

I give him a B. He has to be better than he was Sunday Night vs. the Colts. That performance won't get it done against the upper echelon teams. The Cowboys are obviously better with him at QB and opposing teams respect the balance of the offense he runs.
Just curious have you watched any team play the Colts this year? In particular watch Mahomes and Hurts against the Colts this season.... Since they are the front runners for MVP and let me know how they looked

Remove all QBs and ask the question "which team has the best roster--offense, defense, special teams"?
The answer very well might be Dallas.

OLine--Big Check
RB tandem? Big Check
Pass Rush? Big Check
Overall D rating? check (5th Total D, 3rd scoring D)
Kicking game? Big check
Return game? check
WRs/TEs combo? check to some degree

Not factoring in the QB (to take away that endless debate) add it all up and who has more?
Maybe the 49ers if they get healthy?

Blah blah blah ..insert Josh Allen and it's the same narrative!! Posing with 12 INTs and playoff miscues with top defenses in the past.

Yeah...hung 54pts on Matt Ryan
D was largely responsible for a lot of those pts.1 score game until D started the turnover brigade. Not like the O was lighting it up.

@MountaineerCowboy Look!!! Another pro sports writer (this one for the NFL's own website) now has Dak ranked at #6 as well after Week 13.

You're going to dispute his expertise and say you know more than him as well?
I don't dispute any of their opinions.

I dispute you piggy backing off others opinions instead of forming your own.

These guys opinions are no better than my own, but you allow them to be better than your own, because apparently you don't have any of your own.

How could you possibly look bad w/ all that talent?
Honestly couldn’t care less about what a sports writer thinks who has probably never played the game.I’ll take the opinions of players and coaches who really know the game.

I didn't see the Chiefs game, but I saw Hurts take the team on his back in the 4th Q and win it for them. I also can't recall whether or not Mahomes or Hurts got away with near picks, but Dak sure was the beneficiary of some good fortune. Being lucky rather than good won't pave the way to Arizona. Ball security has to be improved. That includes Mr. Schultz, too. I did not see either teams defense have the 4th Q the Cowboys D had.

I'm not taking about Cowboys defense I'm taking about Mahomes and Hurts against the Colts defense.

You said Dak didn't do good enough against the Colts.

The two favorites for MVP, Hurts and Mahomes, didn't have crazy games against the Colts. Hurts had 190 yards

I gave him a B. That's good where I come from. I added he has to be better when playing upper echelon teams. I stick with those comments. Carry on.

C - I’m a Dak fan in general but he seems off to me this year. He has thrown way too many passes into traffic and could have way more turnovers than he does. I find myself wondering why he is throwing too many passes this year. He has also missed a lot of throws. For example, he was just bad in the first half last week. But he has made some nice throws too like the pass last week where he was running hard right and hit Gallup in the red zone and he has been good on 3rd down and you can’t ignore how the offense has been scoring lately. He has played better in other years IMO and I’m hoping he turns it on going forward and starts to carry us a little bit more and I think he will. This next game is a good example. Don’t try to force it and do too much. Just guide the offense and take what the defense gives us and make the clutch throws when we need them. Houston’s CBS are underrated IMO so while we should win big I don’t expect prolific passing/receiving numbers this week.
