A+++++++
You have to get there firstI am waiting for the playoffs. That is all I really care about or matters. Incomplete.
I'm going with B-.........he is way better than average but needs a little more consistency to say "mostly great" IMO.

49ers don’t have a 40mil lion dollar qb, their receivers are not better than what dak had in ceedee, wilson, copper, and healthy Gallup. You want that wr group take less money and don’t run off what you had. Dak got beat by Jimmy g last year, they won and moved on. Eagles have exactly what Dak had last year of not less, first year with legit weapons. I can keep going pointbis Dak asked for too much if he wants that kind of group. What’s Genius making? Not 40 million bc he’s a bud driver without any playoff wins to say he can get it done, just like Dak. He needs help to win, most QBs do and if you don’t have that you wind up like Baker Mayfield and all of sudden no one remembers the guy that took an 0-god knows to the playoffs for the first time in 17 years. The “loaded roster” thing always strikes me as odd. Obviously the defense is great but do you honestly believe Dak has a great group of WRs?
Looking at the NFC playoffs teams, outside of the Giants, the Cowboys have the worst WR corp in the league and it’s not even debatable IMO. Like not even close.
Eagles (AJ and Devonta)
49ers (Deebo, Aiyuk and Kittle)
Hawks (DK and Lockett)
Vikings (JJ and Thielen)
Bucs (Evans and Godwin)
When pressure is on he seem to go into dump-off mode often.I'll wait until the playoffs when the pressure is on.
B for now overall
F- during crunch time. When we need 10, he throws it 3. Two minute drill - get ready for an 11 play drive filled with dump offs.
I’m going with A-. Dak has complete control of the offense out there making blocking adjustments, route changes, run route changes and run/pass options. He’s got such a command of the offense he gets a little over confident and thus the pics. I’d much rather have that than the opposite.I'm going with B-.........he is way better than average but needs a little more consistency to say "mostly great" IMO.

My grade as wellI think B is a fair rating for Dak. He's better than average but not too likely to become a Super Bowl participant, much less an MVP.
He's extremely reliant upon being provided with excellent team support from his teammates and, especially from his offensive line.
Gallup was a third round pick.I remember Romo was asked what he wanted when he was due to leave the Cowboys and he effectively said a great defense.
Lamb and Gallup are a decent pairing. 1st and 2nd round draft picks. Not amazing but there's only so much of the pie to go around. Although I have been consistent in stating the front office made a bad decision to let go of Cooper.
With that being said other quarterbacks would be delighted to have this Cowboys offensive line, running game and these receivers as the overall package with an elite defense on top of that. For me that's a loaded roster when the QB is earning an average of $40 million a year in a salary cap era.
Loaded roster? Wait until you see what Hurts has..if you think this is loaded…..I remember Romo was asked what he wanted when he was due to leave the Cowboys and he effectively said a great defense.
