What are the differences between 1 tech, 3 tech, 5 tech, undertackle etc?

In simplistic terms -

3 tech is a (generally) smaller DT positioned outside the OG. Rushes the QB.

1 tech is a (generally) bigger DT that lines up over the OC. Gets double teamed. Should be a good run stopper.

5 tech lines up outside of the OT.
