Is that going to be what we experience this year? If TO cant come back to play, or if/when he does and he isnt the same, is our Offense going to be very pedestrian? Last year they doubled Glenn, but we had Keyshawn. Without TO they double Glenn, and we have who? Crayton? I dont feel comfortable with Crayton 1 on 1 with a 2nd CB. If TO is not up to speed we are in touble.

If Crayton is healthy, I am more than comfortable with him AND Witten singled up. Would I rather have Owens? Absolutely, but I would rather have Crayton than KJ. And for the record, I wouldnt mind having KJ around... as a goal line 4th WR

Is anyone else concerned about our Offense? I doubt TO will be the same ever again.

This hamstring problem is going to linger all year long. If he is even there for the first game, which I doubt, he wont be the same.

Yeah im being a realist. If the hamsting didnt heal in 14 days, what makes you think its going to heal in 10 more? There is 19 days until the opener, if he doesnt practice in the 7-9 days leading up he wont play, time is running out on this thing.

What reason do you have to believe IT WONT?

I would say your leaning a bit more towards pessimist than realist. We just destroyed New Orleans with both TO and Crayton in a different state.

Granted New Orleans is not that good but I see a lot to be encouraged about this year, TO or no TO.

Look. This is the same injury he had in SF and Philly. He didn't practice much on either team he just played like a mad man on game day. This isn't a new thing for him just the same old story version three.

Google Terrell Owens and look at the injury history he's had. This isn't the first time he's missed many days of camp.

I really like how we have 403 yrds of total offense and you say the offense looked "putrid".

Kansas City was the #1 team last year with 387 yds/game. I understand it was preseason, and it was NO, but to call it Putrid is just laughable.

Don't confuse him with facts ;)

The only problem that this O has is the Line and that is starting to shape up much better than I had thought it would. It's still not what I would have hoped for but if Flo's leg holds up we should be in pretty good shape. We might have to give a little extra help to the RT but maybe Columbo (or whoever) will settle down and get it going.

No need to... the great AdamJT13 has already addressed this in another thread. :)

Now go look and see what he did in those games. I'd say he plays hurt better than almost any other receiver plays healthy.

This is an easy one

TO doesn't like to do Training Camp maybe thats why he dominates people durring the season but it is proven he just wusses out durring camp and im acctually fine with that.

secondly we torched the saints just yesterday we scored 17 points in one half with our starters in a basic offensive set.......

this thread should be edited to read...

2006 cowboys - Great defense, Above average offense

Key, get your head up man. The glass isn't always half empty you know. We scored 30 WITHOUT Owens. Imagine the room he will create for Witten and Glenn when he gets healthy. Let him sit now and rest up, don't risk making the injury 10 times worse in games that don't matter.
