Trust me no corner in the league could shut down miles austin and tony romo right now.. he's going to have a field day.

As much as Austin has been on fire, you can't question that Philadelphia's corners are the best he's faced as a starter.

Last year Folk was money. This year...........not so much. He's about eight cents shy of a buck.
I think it has got to be a combination of two things, residual effect from his hip surgery and undoubtedly the holds. You won't hear that from the team but Brad Johnson was considered a great holder for a reason.

He's 12/15 this yr. The three misses have all been well over 40 yds. He's nailed fg's of 51, 47, 49 and 46. He missed 2 last yr and 5 his rookie yr (pro bowl). Two of the three misses could definitely be blamed on McBriar not getting the ball positioned properly.

There's nothing wrong with him.

You need to name this stat Theo, you found it and did all the leg work, it is really relevant (the Theostat). Now that you have invented a new Stat can you do something about your Martellus prediction so you are batting 1000. This could bring the team into a new dimension, well that may be a little strong but would it create sleepless nights for the defensive coordinators and their minions.
The offense is averaging around 10 yards per play out of the 12 personnel package. I think that shows the productivity of Martellus Bennett right there. In terms of racking up his own yardage, he just needs more opportunities -- and he'll get those some day just like Miles Austin needed more opportunities.

I just ran through our entire season.

We had 56 total possessions starting at our 35 or worse. Of those 56, we scored 11 touchdowns and 7 field goals. 98 points on 56 drives compared to 33 points on 31 drives for Philly.

Overall scoring rate of 32%, TD rate of 20%. We've also got 3 additional TD's starting at the 36 or 37 yard line.

No matter how you slice it, we're much better than Philly of driving the field for points.

I went back and looked at their past four games. The results are SHOCKING. These are the results of their drives that started at their own 35 yard line or worse.

Out of 31 drives, they punted or had turnovers on 24 of them (77.4%), scored touchdowns on 3 of them (9.8%), and kicked field goals on 4 of them (12.9%).

That means they score on less than 1/4 of their possessions for a total of 33 points on 31 possessions.

These are remarkably terrible statistics.
Great info. We must take into consideration the 8 ff and 14 ints by the eagles. Rome needs another great game. Hope the red ball express is paying attention.

I just hope Tony doesn't test Samuel like he did Bailey. I consider him to be one of the best DBs in the game.
