I am proud of this team. They gave Green Bay all they wanted and did more this season than anyone thought they could. No reason to hang their head.

I have not always been the most positive poster on this board because, like many, have suffered for so long. But I am proud today. Team far exceeded anyone's expectations. Played hard. Played as a team. Should have won. But it's playoff football, and too many plays were left on the field, even before the overturned call. This season has restored my hope in this franchise. It should restore yours too. So be disappointed a bit tonight, but look forward to a great offseason and being in this place again...

Time to draft wisely and improve this team for next season. Contract situations will be interesting, but I really think we can come back a better football team and make another run next season.

my observations-

1-great season considering how young the oline is even though they didnt have a great game today.

2-you cannot play Marinellis D and not be able to tackle.

3-all our offseason FA money has to go on getting 2 solid linemen.i hope one of those is JPP or Hardy.

4-both Mcclain and Murray are gone,draft a stud RB and this oline will block for him.

5)we have 2 more seasons of Romo to get us to the SB.

Well its over and the team will look different next year for good or bad. Garatt, Romo, and Murray each had a hand in the defeat not Bryant. The defense did better than I thought they would and Bailey could not not buy a field goal. Ok its on to the FA and draft. Thank Cowboy fans for the discussions.

I have cussed and threw things and so on and at the end of the day we got screwed. End of story. Maybe officiating will change some rules as this will happen to someones team again. Anyways this team performed greater than I ever thought they would this year. I think the team played with so much heart. Congrats to all of them. The one thing I do know is I can't wait for the team to get a DE and a CB and hope like Hell they get a safety. Jj wilcox is slow and fat. Church is livable but wilcox makes my puke in my mouth. Other than that this team I think is really good and I'm proud to be a die-hard cowboys fan. Great year guys

Great season. Tough ending, but they accomplished a lot.

Add some more defensive components and we can make another good run next year (albeit with someone other than Murray most likely).

Bad call but a good year. I'm already looking forward to next year and haven't felt that way in a long time. We need to draft DEFENSE, Offence can play with anyone.

Great season but it's a freaking shame to play so poorly in the biggest game of the year. Freaking awful.

You thought we played poorly today? Can't say I agree. I thought these were two really, really good teams and--other than the huge call that was botched--a really good game, overall.

far exceeded my expectations, I predicted 6-10. I got excited by this team for the first time in a long time.... I was ready for more of the same. As for today's game, THAT WAS A CATCH. I was disappointed in Garrett for not attacking more. I felt the game plan was to not lose. On defense, they had a chance to make Rodgers work for it, but instead Marrinelli decided to unleash his stud rusher Hayden. I thought that he should have gone with more stunts, and blitzes up the middle and put more stress on Rodgers. Murray's doesn't fumble, and we have 7 more points.

Overall great year for the boys, and makes me look forward to next year.

Absolutely fantastic year, exceeded my expectations in just about every way possible.

I couldn't be more sick right now about the loss, the catch being over turned and the myriad of opportunities they had to pull away and make that call irrelevant.

Oh well, I'll feel sick for the next few days, the front office has a lot of hard work to do in the off season

It was. Yes it sucks losing but Romo erased all doubt as to who he can be. Our O line was way better than I anticipated for this year. We just need to make some changes on D. We are built for winning long term and next year, with a couple of key moves on D and we can win the whole thing. I am already excited for next year.
