Yeah, I saw that, and I decided to google it and see if it was released. This was the first thing that came up. I'm surprised that we believe all sorts of nonsense from the media, when the facts are often there for ourselves. From what I'm reading and read, it clearly doesn't paint Hardy in a 'bad light'.

Even one of the mail voices paints the girls as contradicting themselves about what was happening.

that is why those calling him a DB are full of it. This case is no way shape or form clear for either side. So with that in mind you then take into account the near universal approval by his team mates as being more important.

and when you add the fact that there was very little physical evidence and the known pro woman judge that convicted him, then it gets foggier and foggier.

on the fan they were saying that when it went to trail Hardy was telling his side of the story and the judge straight up said i dont believe you and found him at fault. then Hardy requested a peer trail.

That's indefensible to me. No wonder the defense requested a jury trial after that.

This makes me think more and more the only reason the owner of the Panthers didn't want him back was because he didn't want to pay him what he was going to command at free agency and the owner used this as an excuse.

Thanks for bringing the The Fan transcript up. It made me google it to see that the transcript was already out. I guess the actual tape will give us the moods of the affair better and may be worth a listen. Hopefully somebody will relate how they feel about actually hearing it.

This is old news since this was a local thing for me and I can say that this woman's reputation is not exactly sterling. A lot of this was a prosecutor looking to solidify a reputation versus something that was a clear case of brutality. But that does not stop people with their faux outrage.

Yall need to pay more attention to what I post:D
I posted that several times. He called 911. If he beat the crap out of her as she claims why would he bring the heat on himself?
She had done this once before to another high profile person. She figured out how to make easy money to support her coke habit.
Where's the police photos of all her injuries?

IMOP he asked his attorneys how much time, effort and money would be involved in proving her wrong and decided it was cheaper and way easier
to give her some cash and call it a day. Insurance companies do it all the time.

No it was 100% RIchardson. He took a beating after letting Hardy play in a game after Rice and the Rae Carruth thing always hangs over that franchise.

The people you are trying to reach aren't reading this thread.

Who is the other person she did it to?

what really makes me come down more on Hardy's side is that he is the one that called 911.
Then when you add her reputation and the fact she took money to disapear then to me it kind of all goes down to he said she said which is virtually meaningless.

On 105.3 the fan it was said that Hardy called the police that morning. If all this is true what is being said then WHY would he be the person calling the police. It was said that Hardy had a neighbor as a witness that she kept attacking him and would not leave his residence.

The media and Judges will in most cases favor the females because of a possible lawsuit if the male goes back and does harm or even kill the female. The system is to set to make the males guilty. I'm not saying who is guilty or who is not.

I agree that this can be skewed either way. I have a hard time believing that she prevented him from leaving. If he wanted to leave he could of left the apartment.
