If you get pulled over do they arrest you for being you and then take you away from you?

My Maserati does one-eighty-five. I lost my license, now I don't drive. I have a limo, ride in the back. I lock the doors in case I'm attacked.

I really thought some team would take a chance on him once they got desperate late in the season, now not so much.

When they say 'possession of a controlled substance', they ain't talking about weed. This is something serious. Like cocaine.

Marijuana is a schedule I drug and therefore it is identified as a controlled substance.

Title 21 United States Code (USC) Controlled Substances Act

Specific excerpt from the act listed above.

(6) The term "controlled substance" means a drug or other substance, or immediate precursor, included in schedule I, II, III, IV, or V of part B of this subchapter. The term does not include distilled spirits, wine, malt beverages, or tobacco, as those terms are defined or used in subtitle E of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.

Updating a previous item, free agent Greg Hardy was arrested and charged with felony possession of cocaine in Richardson, Tex. late Sunday night.

Hardy was pulled over for not using his turn signal. Police asked to search the vehicle. Hardy granted them permission, and they found a baggie of cocaine in Hardy's wallet. Hardy said it was put in there by someone else because he was passing his wallet around at the bar, paying for everyone. Police also found a weed grinder and membership cards for gun ranges. None of it is going to go over well with the league or the 32 teams. His career is likely over

Never give consent for a search

I'm still waiting for the 4-5 smart guys from this Summer to show me the teams lining up for him and showing me how much laughing they are doing because he was just a misunderstood guy.

Dallas Cowboys defensive end Greg Hardy jots out onto the field with the tea...

RICHARDSON, Texas (AP) — Former Dallas defensive end Greg Hardy, who remains unsigned after a tumultuous 2015 season revolving around his domestic violence case in North Carolina, has been arrested on a cocaine possession charge in Texas.

Jail spokesman Tim Weed in the Dallas suburb of Richardson said Hardy was arrested early Monday and booked on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. He was released on $5,000 bond Monday afternoon.

Hardy's agent, Drew Rosenhaus, declined to comment.

The 28-year-old Hardy signed with Dallas as a free agent last year after Carolina decided not to bring him back as a result of the domestic case.

Hardy was suspended for the first four games last season over the domestic incident, and his production with the Cowboys dropped off considerably after photos of bruised ex-girlfriend Nicole Holder were posted by ********.

After Hardy was convicted by a judge, prosecutors dropped his case during the appeal because Holder couldn't be located to testify.

The NFL originally suspended Hardy for 10 games over the incident, but an arbitrator reduced the ban to four games.

Former NFL star Greg Hardy was arrested for possession of COCAINE late Sunday night in Texas ... TMZ Sports has learned.

According to the police report, Hardy was pulled over in a 2010 Dodge Challenger because he didn't use a turn signal.

Cops say Hardy and his passenger told them they had just eaten at Applebee's and were headed home. Police asked them if they had anything illegal inside the vehicle, and Hardy said no ... and then gave them permission to search the car.

Police say they found a Louis Vuitton wallet on the center console -- which contained, "a purple plastic baggie containing a white pasty substance," along with multiple gun range membership cards. They also found a brown weed grinder.

Cops say they tested the substance in the LV wallet -- and it came back as cocaine. According to the report, Hardy told cops he didn't know what it was and said someone must've put it in there when he passed his wallet around at a party the night before.

Hardy was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance -- less than a gram. He was taken to Richardson City Jail ... where his bail was set at $5K.

On the report, the former Pro Bowler is listed as "unemployed."

Hardy is just another idiot who has wasted all his talent and ruined his career because he's a complete moron.

But I'm sure there will be a million and one excuses for why it's not his fault that he's an idiot.

Why in the world would they give police permission to search the car?

The right answer to that question, kids is 'I'd rather you not, thank you.'
