Greg Hardy

Just for comparisons sake, JJ Watt just had one of the most amazing seasons by a player in NFL history and he had 29. There were only 3 players with more than 20, Suh and J. Houston had 23.

I mean sure it's not impossible, but that is an insanely high number. I just don't see that as a realistic number, but it's your post. I wasn't trying to be critical, I was mostly joking.

You sound as if you believe that JJ Watt, Suh, and Justin Houston are all 10 times the player Greg Hardy is and IMO, nothing could be further from the truth. Now please don't get it twisted and assume that I am of the opinion that the three aforementioned guys are "overrated" or anything close to it. In fact, i think its fair to say that Watt n Suh are arguably the two best DL in the NFL and maybe even the two best players in the NFL regardless of position.

That being said, Greg Hardy ain't exactly a slouch lol, methinks that bc Hardy missed all but one game last season, people forget how dominant and elite the man truly has become. Two years ago, Greg Hardy was arguably the BEST D-end in THE ENTIRE LEAGUE, i mean the man was legitimately unstoppable.

Basically, just because Suh, Watt, and Houston haven't put up over 30 TFL the past season does NOT mean Greg Hardy has no chance to accomplish it. I'm not saying he WILL put up over 30 TFL this year or the next year, my point is not specifically about the numbers. The point im trying to make is that I believe you are severely underestimating the greatness of Greg Hardy as not only an elite D-End but, IMO, arguably the BEST D-End in the entire NFL...

I'm fully aware of the elite player that Greg Hardy is.

That being said, he's not getting 40 TFL in 12 games.

Sorry.

Oh i agree. I think he is going to have a great year. I may have overinflated the stats a little bit. Either way, hes going to be very good for this team next season, and hopefully a few seasons after that.
