27. Dallas Cowboys - EDGE Randy Gregory, Nebraska - I think Gregory’s “fall” ends here. Talent wise, Gregory is near the top. The Cowboys will likely be without Greg Hardy for 10 games, so they still have a monstrous edge rushing need. Enter Gregory who has speed and power despite playing around 230 lbs

I don't think he falls this far - but you never know

He's nearly 6'6, he'd have to add 20 pounds just to get to the small side of an NFL DE. No thanks. His career is going to go about as well as Dion Jordan's is right now.

Depends on whos left on the board.

This. He is a an issue, but like alot of these college guys he is very young and sometimes they mature.

Talent wise, no matter how you want to focus on the negative he is a potential gamechanger. And can fill that OTTO until he adds weight.

There would be reluctance in putting his name on the card. But at 27 he is very enticing and similar to DGB, you rarely have that kind of talent available to yoy at that point

Great post... everyone is so judgmental of these kids, they're so young mistakes happen. Not advocating taking Gregory he seems more suited in a 3-4. But if we listened too some conservative people on here we wouldn't have Dez. I think DGB is gone before 27 too, a lot talent someone will bite.

The potential play making ability of the next Bruce Irvin is intruiging, especially when considering BPA (Best Player Available) scenarios...in the end TAKE HIM ALL DAY LONG and 3rd downs on Sundays.

Who is narrating this video? That guy is fantastic! I would pay money to hear that guy break down the top 100 picks.

It is interesting that he mentioned Les Miles when talking about how the "Tackle Read" and playing with run contain first approach. I've tried to explain a similar issue with LSU DE Danielle Hunter who was so consumed with playing the run that he rarely was in an all out pass rush mode.

Again, this guy eloquently explained several fundamentals of football in this short video. I've tried explaining some of these issues in the past but I can't come close to doing with such eloquence and clarity.

This video would also be good for anybody that was wowed by RBs in the Senior Bowl which was a recent discussion. Those run contain fundamentals are never going to happen with an All-Star team that practiced together for a few days.

He also shows how and why length is such a big issue with scouts and how hand usage is so important to DLinemen.

Yeah, what @xwalker said. Great video...of course now I'm going to lose a few hours watching all his other videos. :D

I never bothered watching Gregory because he was supposed to be long gone. Sat down yesterday and watched him vs Miami and USC. Came away really impressed. He was consistently threatening the QB. Felt he uses his hands better than any other DE I've seen in a while. Surprised to find out he was in the 230s after seeing him rocking Ereck Flowers back several times.

Seems like he'd be a better fit for a 3-4 but he looks like he could definitely play SLB in our D and be a situational rusher until he fills out. Just don't think a team could depend on him.

Side note: the Nebraska DT #7 - Maliek Collins - name to remember for 2016.

"Length" is getting to be one of the most overused phrases and overrated trait there is anymore.

Not saying it does not matter, but if it were all about whipping out a tape measure, there would not be very many draft busts.

On the flip side, also watched Shane Ray and that guy is terrible. Hope the Commanders draft him.
