A real connoisseur! We have a very interesting and talented membership. What spices do you recommend?
You don't need much more than salt and citrus when using avocado and crab, maybe some white pepper and a dash of smoked paprika.
I like your thought of doing it Asian style but I don't know much about those spices......maybe something teriyaki style would go good with the lump crab.
