You are never truly 'out of here'. Any member can type-and-post 'BEETLEJUICE! BEETLEJUICE! BEETLEJUICE!' 'COOG! COOG! COOG!' and you would instantly re-appear re-appear re-appear!

We get to watch as guys like Randy Gregory get coddled along giving every chance known to man and then stick it right up our behind
Please do not mention Gregory. Thinking about him gives me flashbacks of him tackling offensive linemen.

Yeah...look how that worked out for the Chiefs (Reid). Or the Rams (Vermeil).
Andy Reid is a better head coach than any Jerry Jones hiring not named Jimmy Johnson or Bill Parcells. Ditto for Dick Vermeil.

I think whenever says 'no more retreads' they are referring to ex-head coaches who are not the best fit for Dallas players and coaches under Jerry Jones' self-imposed umbrella.

Dallas will be lucky to get another Johnson, Parcells, Reid or Vermeil. Will Jones target and sign one of those retreads? Stay tuned but no one should hold their breath either.

If anyone is tough on quarterbacks via knowing the plays and being prepared it's John Gruden, the way he grilled those quarterbacks when he wasn't coaching, seeing how much they know the game was special. I think he's the kind of guy Dak needs, he won't be easy on Dak at all, and that's what Dak needs. We need to stop coddling a 10 year vet as if he's a rookie.

As far as holding Jerry accountable, there's nothing to Gruden being a coach that says he's a doormat. He'll tell Jerry off
, and I could see John not making it all the years in his contract due to them being at odds over things often!

We shall see what happens, please give your thoughts
In regards to all of the bolded. this is why Jerry won't hire Gruden. Jerry wants Dak to be coddled and will not hire a coach wanting control of the team.... It will never happen.

Well Gruden is great winning with someone else's team. Outside of that......hmmm.
He won with a team that never won no matter how you spin it. They didn’t win a dam thing and he brought the city their first championship. Funny when people want to somehow make this a Switzer situation.

Because I'm almost 60 and been a Cowboy fan most of my life. I'm determined to outlive him. I was a fan before Jerry and I'll be a fan after. Right now we're just a reality show. Best to sit back and laugh about it and blame the man who caused it.
Right there with you.

mostly but I've allowed someone else to be in the spotlight, it's not always about me!!!! Poster needs help with an issue (serious question when you have a moment)
Not serious enough and can be communicated on the open forum? Or serious enough that it should be convey in a private message only? Go with the one that you answered yes.
