I have it, I stood in line for an hour last night at midnight to get it. =) Then played it till 6 am, woke up at 11 and played some more =)

I literally received my new PS3 yesterday and it was waiting for me when I got home from work. GTA IV is next up on the list. Woo!

Great game. The single player is the captivating 'just one more mission' experience that previous games have had.

I will say that I dont particularly care for the multiplayer except for the races, but it could have just been frustration with the controls I wasnt familar with yet. The races are unbelieveable. I was doing helicopter races Pilot Wings style around the islands with 9 other people. Pure mayhem.

cops and robbers mode online is pretty crazy, it's the only one i've tried so far though as i'm finding it very hard to put the single player down

Just found this out today: There is something awesome in the Statue Of Happiness. I don't want to spoil it if you haven't seen it. Grab a helicopter and land on the platform right at the base of her feet. Go up to the door that says "There is no hidden content through these doors". Go through the door (you litarally walk through the wall ) and climb the ladder to see the hidden coolness.

I'm sorry if this is old or something I just found out about it today.

Picked up the game this morning. I've had a blast even though I've only gotten to play for about 3 hours. I'm not very good at the open-endedness of it all yet. Like, when I'm not getting missions from Roman or people that are connected to him, I'm not real sure what to do.

Any suggestions? I remember in previous games you could hijack a cab and do cab missions. Same with ambulances. Is that still possible?

yes but there's a little more to it this time for the police car stuff you need to access the police computer in the car and stuff like that. The best way to get going is to get all the Roman missions out of the way as the game really opens up after that.

I've put inn well over 20 hours (kinda sad i know) since getting it and i'm still fining out new stuff here and there. The detail in this game is just amazing some dude started punching me in the streets and i had little health cause i'd just done a mission so i ran away and figured it's worth a try to call 911 and sure enough the cops came and shot them

Ha. That's pretty friggin cool. I've done some stuff like shoot pool and bowl with Michelle. She always beats me, but she always invites me into her apartment. So, I guess I win in the end?

I'm demented, but I've wondered while on these dates if I should shoot her just to see word gets back to Roman.

Where can I find a helicopter? I found some helipads at the airport, but there were no choppers, and I attained a four star wanted level for my intrusion. I'm only 18% into the game, but I want to check out the big secret at the statue of happiness.

I'm not sure were to find the helicopter in single player but the way I did it was by going to the multiplayer and making a lobby. When you spawn in the waiting lobby there is usually 2 helicopters above you on the warehouse buildings. Me and my cousin took both of them and flew to the statue
