Those foul-ups with snapping the ball are unacceptable in the NFL. He should be fired as an example that no more amateur mistakes will be tolerated.

Should Tony Romo be fired too ?

I can only assume he means the snap where everyone else was going on one count and AG, for whatever reason, decided he was going to snap it on another count.

Gurode looked scared out there. His facial expressions on the sidelines after his mistakes reminded me of McNabb's expressions during a big game

Gurode is solid but he does have too many mental errors. It's not enough to "fire" him though.

Half will agree with you. The other half want screw ups representing the star.

Agreed, but they are tough to take, sometimes.

Winning would go a long way to making them acceptable. You cant screw up big and lose without a pillar of flames descending from the heavens on you.

He had a bad game due to the snapping errors but Aikman overestimated their frequency.

We've got 3 bigger problems on the OL than him: Colombo's knees, Davis' lack of lateral quickness and Kosier's health. If we luck out into a top-flight Centre in the draft or FA, I could see moving Gurode to guard where he should also be effective.

Gurode should play guard - period.

yep! just as soon as he snaps the ball over someones head or in the dirt, he's toast.

I mean the guy averages over one turnover per game.

And yes, I agree... that was pathetic.

I have never seen a Center forget the snap count at least 2-3 times per game.

He needs replacing in the offseason, either send him back to Guard or send him to the bus station.

Gurode has been a guard before. How did that work out? This is a talented team with a franchise QB and two very good WRs. Our RBs are solid. We need competition at RG and RT. That's enough.

He needs to be replace when a better player can step in, but not before that. My guess is that a better option will not be here in the next year. When you look at guys that some other teams are trying to get by with, like the Commanders, you have to realize that the replacement has to actually be an upgrade, not a body.

Some guy posted cutups from all drives in the full game. I was hoping this will help our fans become more informed but I guess not.

Everyone should do themselves a favor and watch all of those plays focusing on just the Center. Then watch Rat and Brent go against the other team's Center or just any center from previous games. And realize how lucky we are to have a center who doesn't get pushed into the backfield after every snap.

Before this game can someone name the last time Gurode had a bad snap or forgot the snap count? I think it's happened once this year-forgetting the snap count-before the last game.

Exaggerate much people?

Gurode had a good game blocking. He's very strong and aggressive..
