I think they're doing the right thing by moving Carpenter into the middle. His instinctiveness and size will allow him to be moved around all over the place.
Imagine seeing him line up in the middle on the 1st play.
2nd play, he's lined up as an OLB opposite Ware, and Burnett slips in to play ILB for a play.
Third play, Ware is lined up next to Ellis and Roy Williams comes up to the LOS on the opposite side, while Carp & Ayodele are in the middle, Hatcher Canty and Spears also on the LOS.
With our depth, we can switch men in and out, put Ware and Carp all over the place, have RW stalking the LOS like a Jaguar, and the rest of the secondary shadowing ever receiver, leaving the QB hardly any time to do squat. That's my dream
