Guys, I dont know about you, but i dont see the fire in some guys that the head coach either has to make known to his players, either you play or i will cut you or trade you.
i think some players on this team are content to just winning to get to playoffs, they dont have that killer intinct to take the next step. Then, you add in the head coach that seems lackluster in playoffs, he hasnt won a playoff game as head coach in 4 tries now. That is pitiful.
Next, guys like Roy Williams, Patrick Crayton with his mouth-not putting it all on the line, Jacquee Reeves-he cant cover period he has been here 4 years and done nothing to date, Kosier-doesnt make plays when he needs too, Fasano-when critical plays are needed he doesnt come through, Carpenter a big bust as # 1 draft choice, I dont blame Hoyte too much, but we do need a FB, man i sure hope we can get that big fullback Schmidt this year, I hear he can go in the 3rd ro 4th round we need a big fullback that can block but Hoyte had a neck injury that most likely will need surgery, and then one troubling thing, seem like to me, we dont have a key running butter and run play, where our offensive linemen knock guys off of the ball or pull and make sweep plays go, we dont have that, next player that I am extremely disappointed in is Akin # 51, i just dont see the playes that a true middle linebakcer needs to make, maybe we need to draft a big fast insidle linebacker, i sure didnt see plays that the middle linebackers were making in this game. and of course officiating guys, it was horrible.
