Guys, your missing 2 key points about Jason Garrett, I think he promised Jason Garrett the head coaching job after Wade Phillips leaves. With that said, I think Garrett will stay, I dont think he wants to go to someone like Vikings that have no QB and no WRs. Second, other person your overlooking is Sparano, got to remember he is working with Garrett, on plays. We dont want to lose Sparano either, as least for 2 years.
So, this is what I think, say we go to superbowl and win, I think wade will stay for one more year, then he will walk away, that leaves Garrett as head coach, and Sparano can go back to being offensive coordinator.
To me,t hats what we need to happen.

From what we've all seen so far, if it comes down to Garrett as HC here or somewhere else, Wade can dry his tears with buckets of Jerry's money on the way out as far as I'm concerned.

I don't mind about Sparano, but I want to keep this offense, not the ones we had when Parcells was here. Attacking the middle of the field is always better than week sauce hooks at the sideline.

Put this in your follow-up file, because I absolutely agree with you, and when it happens, you can pull it up and re-broadcast it to the masses. :star::star::star::star::star:

Yeah, I think this is quite accurate. I think there is an understanding between Jerry and both Wade and Jason. Why would Jason go elsewhere, if he could be a Cowboys head coach? Impatience could lead to a bad situation. The only temptation might be a big market team like New York. But everything points to Jason wanting to be here. Cross your fingers!

I'm not sure who is doing more with less. This was a top five offense before Garrett got here, but this defense stank bad. The improvement on defense has been significant. With the way Tony is playing, I think a monkey could call this offense.

Let's also not forget that people here were screaming during the off-season that we shouldn't have ever let go of Sean Payton....how that working out N.O.? Sean Payton looked like a genius with his gimmicky offense, but those gimmick plays aren't working this year.

Garrett is calling plays at the right time and going for the jugular....he's playing football to win....not playing not to lose football....that's the biggest difference that I see.
