Guyton looks good

Smith is a better tackle than Guyton is. They just don’t want to move him because he’s a 8/10 at tackle and 10/10 at guard. Larry Allen part 2
Maybe right now.

Smith is a holding penalty nightmare at OT. He's more like a 5 at OT.

Man, I hear something different from every other person in the media who talks about Guyton. Who the hell knows. I was optimistic but he'll probably be marginally better than last year. I just hope he can stay on the field because most of what I'm hearing about Thomas and Shelton is not good.

If they can get a player with Thomas' power and Shelton's athelticism they'd have something. Thomas is a road grader but he moves like his feet are in cement blocks. Meanwhile Shelton moves like a tight end but gets bull rushed too often.

Spot on.

Ok. My point is that it’s easier to find solid guards then a good tackle. Hopefully Guyton is solid.
I hope so.

I’m know I’ve been tough on the kid.

But after 20+ starts, and a PFF rating of 81/89 ( there are 30+ starting LT in the NFL, he was worse than the next 50…) it’s time.

So prove me wrong Guyton.
