This was the first game ever, EVER in 33 years of my Cowboys fandom in which I wanted the opponent to keep pushing.

I hope it will also be the last time. Don't know how the Daksters / homers keep up their notoriously delusional view on all of this. No matter how many regular season wins they will shovel out of that pile of crap, but if they make it to the play offs, this is once again what we can expect from January.

There is history between us and the Lions.

You could make a valid argument the Lions got screwed in the playoffs by us with Romo and company. Another arguement could be made last year due to the heavily biased officiating in favor of us. Dan wanted to embarass us and we deserved every bit of it.

There was absolutely no biased officiating for the Cowboys. Everything has been correctly explained ad nauseum. Only a Cowboys hating troll would keep on spewing such lies (and liking such lies).

I don’t recall a team with the game in hand continue such an aggressive assault even pulling off razzle dazzle to completely embarrass us .

Even Brady said they should just run the ball until we could stop it late in 3rd qtr with game well out of reach. But not Big Dan. He kept the metal to the peddle . Even tried to line up an OL for a trick play.

That had to be the most in your face exhibit I’ve ever seen . I hope it embarrassed the hell out of our owner and he chokes on that birthday cake .

The Lions team were having fun and if they do a sounds from the sideline for the Lions it would be interesting. I heard the Let's go Lions chants in our stadium and a heck of a lot cheering as we we were being road graded. No, I didn't read about it in the National Inquirer it really happened. Kudos to Dan Campbell for doing what teams should do while up. It infuriated me after we didn't do that in the past years when we were on the other side doing the blow outs. We always let off the gas. Whelp, on to the bye week we go.

I can say this, at no time during Dak’s wins vs Detroit did the Cowboys purposely run it up on Detroit.
Never once.
They were just wins vs Detroit.
Yesterday's game felt like something Buddy Ryan would have done to the Cowboys in the late 80s early 90s when we were just a bad football team.
I will say this though, that stuff doesn't play well in the NFL. HCs and other teams don't respect that. The Lions loss yesterday will be remembered. It'll be tucked away and remembered.
There's gonna be a price paid for yesterday and ol Dan's gonna pay for it.....just like Buddy Ryan and the eagles did.

Ps, I totally understand that Jerry doesn't care and none of this would have happened if we had a real Owner and GM. Jerry only cares about Jerry, the spotlight and money. If Jerry had just fired Mike McCarthy after last seasons embarrassing home loss to the Packers. Or if the Cowboys actually treated this offseason as a way of making the team better.

I totally agree. Totally classless in the NFL. I enjoyed it cause it added to the humiliation on Jethro’s birthday.

Depends on what level of support. My support has been on minimal levels on isolated incidents often to take on the extremes.
