lmao bro..how hard could it be to show ANY progress from the W-L records they have had? how many games have they won over 4 yrs? seriously do NOT ever compare them to us..our progress would be 2nd round to NFCG appearance theres is trying to get to 8-8 or better dude get a clue..dont compare us to Cleveland..at least we've been to the playoffs and our coach as much as we hate him has a winning record..

we agree. BUT would that preclude you to not at least call the guy and get his side? He was very successful here and their may be a solidifying affect on the team. I think maybe the pros outweigh the cons.

Well he causes division in your building. You have to balance being hard but with respect. He just rubs a lot of people the wrong way.
