It really was an odd game. Hall kept Smith in check almost the entire game, which is an impressive achievement. Smith is a great player. And the fouls that were called on Hall seemed questionable (except for the obvious pass interference play).
It didn't look like it was unreasonable for Hall to get angry given the circumstances, the problem was that he displayed a wreckless out-of-contrul anger. He self-destructed. And his team is so fragile / weak minded that Hall's tantrum was enough to send the whole team down the drain.
