I dont think Novacek and Woodson are HOF worthy, but I look at some of the Steelers in the 70's who were in soley for being good players on a dynasty, and someone like Joe Namath and have a hard time understanding what logic they have to shut these guys out.

Haley's the only one Im truely shocked about.

John Niland, Ralph Neely, Pat Donovan, Herbert Scott, and Blayne Nye all had great careers for Dallas and all made numerous All-Pro teams. I know we don't want to water down the ROH, but you can't ignore guys who were year in and year out among the best of the best at their position.
Niland would make my list (along with, in rough order, Howley, Harris, Martin, and Jordan).
