Like I said, I just don't know pop culture. I couldn't have told you that was Angelina Jolie. Not a fan of hers, don't know much about her beyond who her dad is, and that she used to be with Bradd Pitt. Maybe she still is. I don't know and I don't care. I've never seen a single movie she has starred in. Don't find her interesting or attractive because of the tattoos. She gives beer to babies? I have no earthly idea why that is funny.

Their is no meaning with Angelina Jolie to get. The reason why it is cool is simply the visual illusion of the actual person being the baby and not the person behind him. Its an optical illusion. Just ignore Angelina Jolie and pretend it's a cut out of a normal person. The optical illusion is what makes it cool.
