It's very simple why we haven't won a SB in over 28yrs... The CEO/GM allows/fosters a culture where stats, individual awards, bloated contracts, spotlight PR, etc... are in the forefront of most players minds....

Some of you are too focused on Dak one way or the other. This was a team loss. We don't need a scapegoat for it. It was a poor game by a lot of players.
