This breakdown illustrates how Hankins can anchor double teams and push, shed tackle vs singles. Between him and Bohanna we are in the best shape at the nose since Ratliff decided to go AWOL.

Clark is going to need to grow into the scheme but with Parsons on the line we have desperately needed athleticism to get outside on outside runs.

These videos cleary and indisputably show Clark, the freakin rookie without training camp, comes in and outplays the veteran LVE.

Ridgeway was a 5th round pick the Cowboys were demoting to the practice squad. He's only been active on game day 3 times for Washington.

He wasn't the answer.
You never know what the answer is until you find it. Take Steele for instance. We would have never known he could adequately replace Collins if he didn't get all that playing time last year.

Ridgeway had/has JAG written all over him from the start. Just too slow.

No one else comes close. What is crazy is that they are all under 24 too. We could be looking at the genesis of a defense that could dominate for the next 5 or 6 years like the Legion of Boom did.

In coming drafts I hope we keep doubling down on defense.

don't forget diggs. not sure how old he is though

You better be right Fuzzy.

Lol. It's already happening. Hankins was plug and play.

Clark stood out in pursuit. He is technically sound and strong when he stacks on blocks. If he learns his keys and starts to fill, he is really going to stand out. We saw it in college and it was his first game after a few weeks of practice.

LVE nor Barr are remotely the athlete he is. DC runs like that at 245. 8 games to get ready for the playoffs.

I've seen him beat double teams, squeeze gaps on the run on stretch plays, and getting push. When he is not in there the line loses a lot of cohesion. He anchors so much better than Osa, Gholston, and Gallimore.

What he doesn't do is get off blocks. Hamilton does do that. I can understand why you would not be impressed though.

Clark is going to seriously eat into Barrs playing time . And I suspect Hankins cost Hill a roster spot . And I believe Hankins at what 30 is still young enough to Re sign in Dallas come post season .
He is making close to the league minimum, so Id be surprised if he is playing elsewhere

Hankins is a legitimate NT that this team hasn't had here in many years.

Clark has already demonstrated his superiority over LVE and Barr in one game without any preseason. He is our only hope (along with Hankins) for shoring up the run defense. Otherwise we are not winning the division nor going to any championship game.

Why I thought they should have been looking for D help not another WR.
